Early Saturday, June 12th, Jose Mendoza, an employee at Mario's Otto Pizzeria & Enoteca, fell from a subway platform and lost both of his legs to an oncoming train. Please join us in honoring and supporting a good, kind, and beloved young man, who is truly a fighter. B&B Hospitality Group is hosting a reception of snacks, drinks, and well wishes in support of our friend.

June 21st from 9:00 PM - 12:00 at Otto, One Fifth Ave.

Suggested donation is $50.00 (or more!) per person. All funds will go directly to Jose and his family to help support what will be a lengthy and extensive recovery.

April showers bring May flowers” or so that old poem goes. Let’s hope there’s some truth to it because with the amount of rain we’ve been getting here in Las Vegas, spring must be right around the corner. Asparagus, ripe berries, and sweet sugar snap peas are some of our favorite spring foods. But, in our opinions, the most tasty and delicious is the spring lamb.

Ours are coming from Anderson Ranch where they are raised on the free range pastures and rolling foothills of the Willamette Valley. Here the high precipitation guarantees lush green Oregon grasses. Anderson Ranch lambs thrive in these open fields with fresh air and lots of room to graze. They are left free to roam, eat when they like, and grow at their own natural rhythm. Their meat is lean, healthy, and tender and serves as the focal point of our current pasta tasting menu. The menu is listed below with optional wine pairing.
