B&B Ristorante is proud to have Chef Zach Allen working alongside Chef Mark Ladner from Del Posto NYC, Chef Alex Pilas and Chef Wade Moises from Eataly NYC.  On Sunday, July 24th the All-star Cochon 555 event is being held at the Cosmopolitan Hotel.  To celebrate this wonderful porcine event, B&B Ristorante will be featuring specials from a whole milk fed Duroc pig from the Good Family Farm.  The Chefs are still debating on what delectable dishes they will prepare, but we’ll have word soon.  So for those of you that can’t make it to the event, or who just need more swine, make sure you get to B&B July 22nd to the 24th.

WHOLE LAMB AT B&B RISTORANTE!!!!

 

          Starting in July B&B Ristorante will feature Anderson Ranch whole lamb.  Why you ask?  By butchering our own lamb, we are able to truly reach the heart of Italian cuisine, utilizing the lamb in its entirety, with virtually no waste.  Every night we will feature dishes using different cuts of lamb, you will be able to experience delectable items such as Pici with Lamb Neck Ragu, Mixed Grill for 2, Lamb Tartare with Local Quail Egg, or Lamb Loin with Summer Garden Scapece and much more.

 

          B&B Ristorante prides itself on using sustainable and quality driven products and our lamb is no exception.  Anderson Ranch in Oregon supplies us with the very best in product, their lamb are naturally raised, grass fed, no antibiotics, or growth hormones.  This process takes a longer stage for growth, but produces a protein-rich, premium natural meat.

Early Saturday, June 12th, Jose Mendoza, an employee at Mario's Otto Pizzeria & Enoteca, fell from a subway platform and lost both of his legs to an oncoming train. Please join us in honoring and supporting a good, kind, and beloved young man, who is truly a fighter. B&B Hospitality Group is hosting a reception of snacks, drinks, and well wishes in support of our friend.

June 21st from 9:00 PM - 12:00 at Otto, One Fifth Ave.

Suggested donation is $50.00 (or more!) per person. All funds will go directly to Jose and his family to help support what will be a lengthy and extensive recovery.
